AI consulting & automation
AI consulting built around the way people work.
I’m Răzvan Costea, an AI consultant and architect. I work with midsize businesses in Bucharest and across Romania, focusing on repetitive administrative and operational processes.
I start with the team’s actual work: how documents move, which data is entered manually, and where exceptions occur. Together, we choose a suitable process for a pilot and evaluate the result before expanding.
